Flooring with excellent features 'Robofloor' Soundproofing

Helpful for creating a comfortable sound environment! The secret to excellent soundproofing and sound absorption performance lies in the high pile density.

"Robofloor" achieves a remarkable "super high-density pile" of over 7000 strands/m² and "waterproof PVC packing," providing a dual effect of sound insulation and sound absorption to cut down on living noise. If only sound insulation is enhanced, a reverberation phenomenon occurs, causing sounds to resonate throughout the room. However, by simultaneously enhancing sound absorption, reflected sounds are absorbed even with the same noise level, creating a comfortable sound environment. Thus, controlling both sound insulation and sound absorption is crucial for soundproofing. Carpets with higher pile density and those with foam backing exhibit greater soundproofing capabilities. [Sound Insulation Rating] ■ Robofloor Type: △LL(I)-1 (equivalent to conventional rating LL-65) ■ Robofloor Sheet: △LL(I)-1 (equivalent to conventional rating LL-60) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Soundproof carpet

We have experience with apartments, collective housing, and private homes. A maximum of LL35 is also possible.

It is possible to achieve a lightweight floor impact sound rating of LL35 at maximum. By installing this product on floors of the second level or higher, it can prevent the leakage of living sounds such as footsteps to the lower floors. In addition to soundproofing effects, it also offers shock absorption during falls and thermal insulation effects.
